Are you a service-oriented person who enjoys helping others and providing top-notch customer support? Do you have previous experience in customer service and are used to handling multiple cases at the same time? Then you might be the one we are looking for!
Your role

As a customer service representative, you will have a central role with many points of contact, both internally within the company and externally with customers. Contact occurs mainly via phone, email, or other digital channels. You will often be the hub of communication, coordinating, solving problems, and ensuring that the customer receives the right help. The role means you will gain broad knowledge of the business and handle a variety of questions.



Your background

We are looking for someone with experience in customer service who enjoys daily contact with people. You have good computer skills and feel comfortable handling both incoming and outgoing phone calls. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, which allows you to provide professional service to various types of customers.

As a person, you are service-oriented, meticulous, and possess good communication skills. You work efficiently, enjoy juggling multiple tasks, and find it easy to structure and plan your work. You thrive both in collaboration with colleagues and in taking personal responsibility in your daily work.
